Wastewater Treatment Systems Mack precast concrete wastewater treatment plants are available from small residential aeration systems to commercial size treatment plants in excess of 1,000,000 gallons per day. All treatment plants are complete package systems including all components delivered and installed on site. Mack precast concrete wastewater treatment plants are custom designed for any application.

Precast concrete systems are available in modular 'multi-cell' tanks, rectangular chamber type utilizing precast wall panels and cap walkways, or post tensioned circular type tanks. Precast concrete is one of the most durable, long lasting materials used today.

From design to start-up Mack Industries works with engineers, approving authorities, and the customer to provide systems which will satisfy the needs of the project, and produce high quality effluent within permit limits. Effluent parameters such as BOD, suspended solids, nitrogen, phosphorous, dissolved oxygen, chlorine residual, coliform levels, and many others effluent limitations are addressed. Mack Industries incorporates not only proven, reliable treatment processes but also the latest technology available.
Precast concrete systems provide years of dependable service and quality. In some cases, Mack Industries may also provide general contracting services such as excavation, site work, fencing, electrical, or any other services to provide a 'single source' complete project. From engineering to installation and follow up service: Mack makes your decision to solve your wastewater treatment needs the right one.

Water Treatment Systems A complete turnkey project for potable water can be provided to assure the owner ease of project management, and a single source of responsibility. A custom product, tailored to your specific needs could include aeration systems, pressure filters, softeners and controls. Water, our world's most precious resource, must be protected for generations to come.

Pump Stations Mack precast package pump stations are available in a variety of designs such as submersible rail systems, wetwell/drywell types, self-priming, flooded suction, etc.. Package systems make it easy to complete your project with a single source manufacturer. Mack package pump stations offer a single source contact that can tailor your pump station with pumps and electrical components that will meet your specific needs. Precast concrete sections come in both circular and rectangular configurations. From engineering to installation Mack is the wise choice to meet your sewage pump station needs.

Oil/Water Separators Our precast concrete construction offers what no other coalescing separator in the industry can: structurally safe and traffic bearing oil/water separation. Standard sizes range from 20 gpm to 400 gpm systems. Custom applications can be addressed upon request. The use of an API type separator is designed to remove 150-micron globules (free oil). A coalescing type separator of the proper design can remove oil globules as small as 20 microns. With the tougher environmental regulations in storm water runoff, the Mack oil/water separator is the product to meet those increasing demands.

Mack Secondary Containment Systems, Inc.

The environmentally safe, yet cost-effective solution for spill containment needs.

Does your fuel storage system provide total protection against all, leaks, spills, and overfills? Armor Cast is an above-ground system comprised of a primary steel tank with a precast concrete lid, high quality liner, rigid foam insulation, and a high-strength, maintenance-free concrete exterior. Together, these components provide total containment in the event of leaks, spills, or overfills.

Spills and overfills during the filling process (not leaks) are the most common cause of pollution from aboveground storage tanks. Overfills can result in a serous incident, since the product can exit through a vent or other opening and result in a spill that wreaks havoc on the environment, creates the potential for fire, and is costly to clean up. Mack Secondary Containment Systems in conjunction with Armor Cast offers total containment - and peace of mind - since the optional spill containment system directs overfills to an interstitial space that holds at least 125% of the primary tank capacity. Mack Secondary Containment system is versatile enough to accommodate larger secondary containment capacities on request.

Another unique design feature of the Mack Secondary Containment system is its monolithically cast concrete lid and primary storage tank. During the manufacturing process, the primary tank and concrete roof become one piece, facilitating total visual inspection. While other fire-rated tanks are often sealed, making inspection impossible, the two-piece construction permits visual inspection of primary and secondary containment areas. This superior two-piece construction, along with the interstitial air space, allows all system components to expand and contract independently. Inferior "layered" tank systems are susceptible to cracks and/or internal corrosion.

When choosing an above ground storage tank for your application, select the system that will give you total protection against leaks, spills, and overfills. Ask about Mack Secondary Containment System/Armor Cast, the safe containment system.
